A Variety of Community Programs

Working with Butler County Educational Services Center and other community agencies, we provide clothing and hygiene items for children, infant to 4 years of age.   This program only operates with a referral from a case worker from one of Butler County Educational Services Center programs.  Staff from other agencies are always welcome to contact us to assist their clients.

Diaper need is the lack of a sufficient supply of diapers to keep an infant or child clean, dry, and healthy. 

At Chrysalis CDA, we are networking with a number of outlets, including Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank to provide diapers to families who are struggling to keep their baby dry. 

We provide diapers (sizes newborn to size 6) to families in need who are not receiving diapers through other community programs. Individuals must complete an application and submit qualifying documents to confirm need. 

Please note that we DO NOT PROVIDE PULL-UPS.

Due to COVID restrictions, we are not accepting walk-ins at this time. Please complete the initial form and we will schedule you for either a telephone or in-person interview.
